Medicaid on Steroids
Medicaid is the worst medicine in the United States. It grinds on. Doctors in droves are withdrawing from Medicare. No matter. It all lives on.
Daniel Henninger,  “Let ObamaCare Collapse,”  Wall Street Journal, September 25, 2013
Hidden in the low-ball enrollment statistics,
Emerged this new fact on Medicaid logistics.
106,000 selected private plans vs 396,000 who learned they could join Medicaid.
That’s a 1:4 ratio, that’s an entitlement program hand-grenade promenade.

Q: Who is going to pay for all the those new Medicaid enrollees?
A:  Bereft federal and state budgets  will provide fee guarantees.

It will be a another case of government growing bigger,
With the health law pulling the budgetary debt trigger.

Small wonder 36 states turned down Medicaid expansion,
And choose not to expand and finance the federal mansion.

Federal steroids are doubt a wonderful  medication,
But they have a side effect, state budget deprivation.

Tweet:  Through healthcare.gov,  396,000 people  have learned they are eligible for Medicaid, another expansion of big government.
